Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and every order placed with Pelaro Boutique, a sole proprietorship trading online from 94, Main Shipra Path Road, Kiran Path Chauraha, opposite Vardhman International School, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India. Using the site or ordering from it means you accept them. They are read together with our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy, and they are governed by Indian law — the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023).

1. What we sell

We retail Flooring online — peel-and-stick and click vinyl plank, interlocking foam tiles and mats, and self-adhesive surface films. We supply material only. We do not measure, quote, fit, level a subfloor or provide any installation service, and we do not employ fitters. Orders are placed here and dispatched from Jaipur.

2. Using the site

Use it lawfully, give an accurate delivery address and a phone number that will be answered on a freight delivery, and do not scrape or republish our listings and photography. If you open an account, activity under it is your responsibility.

3. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any tax that applies. We trade below the GST registration threshold for individual sellers, so no GST is charged separately and no GST invoice is issued; a plain sale invoice travels with the consignment. Shipping is quoted before payment — free from ₹3,999, otherwise a flat ₹149. Prices, specifications and stock can change without notice.

4. Quantity is your calculation

Each listing states the coverage a box provides. Working out how many boxes your room needs, including a cutting allowance, is your responsibility. We publish the coverage figure and will happily check your arithmetic if you send the room dimensions, but the final quantity ordered is yours. Short orders are a new order at the prevailing price, with freight charged again.

5. Orders and our right to decline

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms on dispatch. We may decline or cancel — refunding in full anything paid — where stock or a batch has run out, a price or coverage figure was published in error, the address cannot be served by a freight partner, or the order shows fraud markers.

6. Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any other wallet, and we never ask for or store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs or banking passwords. See the Payment Policy.

7. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Handling of 3 business days, delivery in 6–15 business days, free cancellation before dispatch and a 7 days return window are set out on the relevant pages, which form part of these terms. Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance only.

8. Batch, shade and suitability

Vinyl and wood-effect finishes vary between production batches, and screen rendering varies further; minor variation is normal and is not a defect. Deciding whether a product suits your subfloor, moisture level, underfloor heating or traffic is your responsibility — we publish what the maker states and do not survey sites.

9. Installation and any guarantee

We supply material only and give no installation guarantee. Any manufacturer guarantee that comes with a product is between you and that manufacturer; we do not administer it, extend it, or promise a period of our own. A floor damaged by an unsuitable subfloor, damp, or installation is not a product fault.

10. Intellectual property

Text, descriptions, photography, layout, logo and the name Pelaro Boutique belong to us or our licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Do not copy or republish them commercially without written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in these terms, the site and the products are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of any product — including installation cost, labour, or loss of use of a room — whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by freight-network failure, flood, transport strike or government restriction. Where such an event prevents delivery entirely, we refund in full.

13. Changes

These terms may be revised; the version published on the day of your order governs that order.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Indian law applies and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
