Why we sell it this way
Buying flooring online in India usually goes wrong at one of three points: the listing quotes a price per square foot but ships by the box, so the order arrives short; the second order comes from a different batch and sits a shade off the first; or the consignment lands crushed and the seller asks why you signed for it.
So we built the shop around those three failures. Coverage per box is on every listing, in the size we actually ship. We tell you to order the whole job in one go, and why. And the shipping page says plainly that this is freight — ground-floor drop, wider delivery windows, and film the unboxing before you sign. It is less flattering than “fast delivery, easy install”, and it is what actually happens.
What we do and do not do
Coverage stated per box
Every listing gives the area one box covers, so the quantity you order is arithmetic rather than guesswork. Send us the room size and we will check it.
Material only, said up front
No measuring service, no quotes, no fitters, no subfloor levelling. We supply the boxes; the installation is yours or your contractor’s.
Freight handled as freight
Boxes counted, corner-protected and strapped over 3 business days, then moved by Delhivery Heavy / VRL to your ground-floor entrance.
One price, shipping up front
Indian Rupees, tax included, free over ₹3,999 and a flat ₹149 below that — no per-box surcharge added after you order.
Our commitment
A crushed box is our problem — provided you film the unboxing.
Open the consignment while the driver is there, record it, count the boxes against the invoice, and send us the clip within 48 hours. On that evidence we replace or refund at our cost. Sealed boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery and approved refunds are processed within 12 business days. What we will not do is promise an installation guarantee or a warranty of our own — we sell material, and we say so.
Online-only, shipped from Jaipur
Pelaro Boutique is an online-only business with no showroom, no trade counter and no fitting service. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Jaipur, Rajasthan and moved across India by freight, reaching most metro addresses in 5–8 business days.
Send us the room size before you order
Give us the length and width, and whether the subfloor is tiled, screed or ply, and we will tell you how many boxes the job needs — or tell you honestly that peel-and-stick is the wrong product for that floor. Write to contact@pelaroboutique.shop or call +91 99830 06560 during working hours — Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
