Payment

Pelaro Boutique takes UPI or Cash on Delivery, both in Indian Rupees (INR). Two routes, no processing fee, and nothing sensitive of yours held on our side — which is worth knowing when a flooring order runs to several thousand rupees.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and approve the collect request in the app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s own. Authorisation happens inside that app on your device; we see only that it succeeded, and the order moves into the packing stage from there. On a large consignment this is the option most customers pick, because it avoids counting out cash at the door.

Cash on Delivery

Select Cash on Delivery and settle with the freight partner when the boxes arrive. Have the exact amount ready — a driver on a heavy delivery will rarely have change for a large sum, and the consignment cannot be part-paid. COD covers most serviceable PIN codes; some remote routes and very high-value orders are prepaid-only, and checkout tells you which applies before you confirm.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet other than UPI, and no such option will appear at our checkout. We never ask for, take or store a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. If a page, call or message claiming to be us asks you to pay another way or share those details, it is not us — treat it as fraud and tell us at contact@pelaroboutique.shop.

No part payment, no credit

Orders are paid in full at checkout, or in full on delivery. We do not take deposits, part payments, or open credit accounts, and we do not hold stock against an unpaid order. It keeps the pricing honest and avoids the “advance paid, batch gone” problem this trade is known for.

Tax and invoices

Listed prices include any tax that applies. We operate below the GST registration threshold for individual sellers, so nothing is added as GST and no GST invoice is issued; a plain sale invoice travels with the consignment. If your project needs a GST input credit, buy from a registered dealer — we would rather say so now than at the end of the job.

Shipping shown before you pay

Free from ₹3,999; below that a flat ₹149 on the whole order regardless of box count. The figure sits on the cart page, so the amount you approve — or hand over at the door — is final.

When a payment does not complete

A failed UPI request creates no order. If the money left your account and the confirmation still failed, banks reverse it automatically in nearly every case within a few working days. Send the UPI reference and we will confirm whether anything reached us.

Refunds

UPI payments return to the same handle. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by direct bank transfer once you share the account details. Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days; refunds on returned goods follow the Refund and Returns Policy, which allows longer because freight has to travel back.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and payment is authorised by your UPI provider, not by us. We hold no payment credentials, so there is nothing on our side to steal.
