    What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Working out quantity: the room length and width in feet, and whether there are cut-outs. We will convert it to whole boxes with a cutting allowance.
    • Suitability: what the existing floor is — tile, screed, ply, or an old vinyl — and whether it is flat and dry. That decides whether peel-and-stick will bond at all.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Damaged or short on arrival: the unboxing video and the box count against the invoice, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost.

    Delivery access — tell us early

    If the address has a narrow lane, a gate timing, no lift or a long carry, put it in the order notes or email it the same day. Freight partners plan the drop in advance, and an access surprise at the door usually means the consignment goes back to the depot for another day.

    What we cannot help with

    We do not measure sites, quote for jobs, level subfloors, fit flooring or recommend fitters, and we do not administer any manufacturer guarantee. We are a material supplier, and saying so before you order saves both of us a difficult conversation afterwards.

    Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 3 business days and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
